David M. Cook (currently creating outta Bruhcklahn, NuYawk) is a Tattooist/Artist whose lines are crisper than starched linen forgotten in the oven.  Sketching outlandish creatures and crazed craniums, the work of Mr.Cook is darkly-enchanting and top-notch.  When I finally get a tattoo, it will be with heavy influence from David Cook and Rik Lee – genuine masters of their trade.  I wonder how long of a wait there is to get a tattoo from the hands of these craftsman.
