Explosions, Bullets, & High Speed Photography.

Alan Sailer has an insatiable appetite for capturing moments of impact (or explosion) with everyday objects. Using an Infrared beam as a trigger, his strobes and camera fire at a precisely calculated delay after projectiles pass through the beam. Sailer’s High-Speed Photography is awe-inspiring.
