Cement Factory Refurbished into a House.

Ricardo Bofill & his architecture firm (Taller de Arquitectura) have reclaimed an old cement factory near Barcelona and turned it into their headquarters. Serving as one of the grandest examples of re-appropriation, the renovation of the turn of the 20th century industrial complex is astounding. Leo Eguiarte‘s ‘About’ section on his website is humorous in its brevity. Simply stating “Leo Eguiarte is a Los Angeles-based artist.”, there isn’t a whole lot of background on the artist.
